Easy Garlic Edamame Recipe
Want a fast and easy snack or side dish? This is it. It's packed with flavor and quick and easy to make.
- 1 lb 1 Bag of Frozen Edamame
- 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Corn Startch
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Mix together the soy sauce, sugar, and water. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in medium sized pan.
Add in the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, longer if you like the garlic really crispy
Add the sauce mix and stir.
Immediatley add the edamame in and stir.
Cook with a lid on for 12-15 minutes. Stirring occasionally
Leftovers are even better just warm up in microwave!
