Easy Garlic Edamame Recipe

  • 1 lb 1 Bag of Frozen Edamame
  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Corn Startch
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil


  • Mix together the soy sauce, sugar, and water. Set aside.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in medium sized pan.
  • Add in the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, longer if you like the garlic really crispy
  • Add the sauce mix and stir.
  • Immediatley add the edamame in and stir.
  • Cook with a lid on for 12-15 minutes. Stirring occasionally
  • Leftovers are even better just warm up in microwave!
