Things to Do with Kids – While at Home
I have two beautiful girls Annabelle (4) and Ella (2) that are the most important things in my life and they love doing kids activities. But let’s be honest running a business from home is not easy. I really try my best to do as much work during the day as I can so I do not have to stay up late every night.
One way I achieve this is with kids activities that keep them busy. Whether it be coloring, games, or toys I’ve got the basics down easy. his post is a roundup of activities to do with your kids that might be different than your everyday go to’s.
All of these ideas are things to do with kids near you and do not need to drive places. BONUS no getting them in and out of car seats a bunch of times. Let’s dive in and make sure to pin some of these for later.

This color printable above is called Spring Break Bingo and was a huge hit. Print and find the items. She used raisins to cover the squares but try goldfish or peanuts too,
This is probably the easiest or best for toddlers scavenger hunt for outside. Download the printable here.
Timeless Kids Activities
I will share some of my work from secrets with you that allow me to get some work done. Some of them may be controversial because some parents do not allow screen time. No offense to you but skip the rest of the blog post if that’s you.
My number one thing that saves me when I need to get a project done is the girl’s tablets. Besides at home, we use them in the car all of the time. Since we live outside of town most of our car trips are at least 30 minutes each way. These hve saved my butt so many times.
Next up is Netflix. There are some really good educational shows and some movies that keep the girl’s attention for a long time! Some of their favorites are Sahara, Boss Baby, and the Pets movie.
We currently do not have cable or dish right now because when we moved we realized we didn’t really need it and only use the Amazon Fire Stick. Once you buy it, it is free after that. Saves us over $150 a month. YES!
Here are some great games or activities that my girls love. Add to an Amazon wishlist for your kiddos birthday or next Christmas.
