It never hurts to get a new arsenal of snack ideas for the kids!

Kids Snacks for School

My kids love new things and happen to eat more if I change snacks up a bit. I think they just think it’s more fun and exciting. So when I pack kids snacks for school I tend to change them up frequently.

I want to tell you right off the bat that this is not going to be some super cute blog post with amazing faces and animals made out of food. I seriously don’t have time for that.

Don’t get me wrong I’ve tried it and took the time to do the fun ones but in the end, they didn’t think they were that cool.

I will throw some pictures of those snacks at the end for inspiration but this list of snacks is the easiest snacks ever. they can grab them and open them themselves!

This post is going to be straight up easy kids snack ideas. What us moms need when we need to get back to the pile of laundry building up or really just want 10 minutes to scroll Instagram in peace!

Amazon Kids Snack Ideas

If you’re new to my blog, hi I’m Corey and I buy everything on Amazon. The closest grocery store to me is 30 minutes away and I tend to only go once or twice a month.

For all the people who have been reading my blog (thanks so much!) you guys have heard how much I love Amazon and buy everything on there.

It’s not only for convince of it being delivered to my door it’s that I don’t forget to buy it and always have them on hand too.

After a ton of research (my husband really loves doing research), we found a few things that we like to get from Amazon that is either cheaper or about the same price as our local grocery store.

You do have to have Amazon prime for these and Amazon pantry but its really no biggie.

Amazon pantry is $5 per delivery or free over $35 and you get up to 15% off the whole prime pantry order if you do more than 15 items. That’s how you save money! It does not subscribe and save it’s separate from that.

Amazon customers in select regions can skip the store trip and shop online for grocery and household essentials in everyday sizes. Pantry offers low prices on a variety of products from grocery items like snacks and beverages to beauty and cleaning supplies. Plus, save even more in Pantry! Buy any 5 Pantry items and save 5%. Buy any 10 items and save 10%. Buy 15 items or more and save 15% on your entire Pantry order. Enjoy additional exclusive offers, coupons, and promotions, plus Prime members get FREE shipping on all Prime Pantry orders over $35. We carry thousands of items from brands you love including Kellogg’s, Nestle, Bounty, Tide, Kraft, Pepsi, more! It’s easy—skip the shopping trip and get your list delivered.

So every item listed below can be an additional 15% off the price I share with you. If you don’t want to worry about the prime pantry the prices are what you will pay.

These chips are a great price and perfect to grab on the go. Yes, they are not healthy I know. 40 bags for $12.

Chewy bars are a favorite of the kiddos and this box has 58 for $9.99 the box of 40 at Safeway is $12.99.

These Gold Fish packs are easy to grab and I usually put one in Annabelle’s backpack for her school lunch.

I love these fruit snacks too! Under $6 for 40 of them plus the 15% off and delivered to my door. I’ll take them!

So these nut packs come out to like $.80 each which is really good for a healthier snack that the kids can just grab.

These Cheese-Itz are so good too and make a quick snack for the kids after school and there’s 42 of them in one pack.

Last but not least apple sauce. My kids eat way too much of these. I buy the applesauce cups and the applesauce pouches depending on what we are doing. If we are about to go to the lake or hinting I will do the pouches.

Favorite Kids Snack Nutella Sandwiches

Yep, you read that right my kid’s absolute favorite snack item is a Nutella sandwich. Just plain old bread and Nutella. We buy Nutella all the time!

We use these sandwich cutters too and they enjoy picking them out and using them to play with their food.
