Farmhouse Girls Room Decor and Inspiration

Today I want to share my daughters’ new farmhouse girls’ room with you. I snapped these pictures while they were out and promise you it will be filled with toys and books the rest of the time!
My youngest daughter Ella was in need of a big girl’s bed so we waited till Christmas so “Santa” would bring a whole new bed for her. She was so happy when she saw it on Christmas morning.
I share all of the sources for the items I could think of. I hate when I see a pretty picture on Pinterest and can’t find the item to buy. This post does contain affiliate links and I may earn a small commission if you choose to make a purchase.
My oldest daughter Annabelle already had the bed pictured it’s from Ikea. I went up to Ikea to get another one and was happy they still sold them because it had been years since this one was bought. We were given the bed and if I could have chosen I would have got the white ones. But for the price they are great!
Farmhouse Bedding for Girls Room
I bought all of their bedding from Ikea and ended up spending quite a lot on it. They each got new mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, duvet covers, and sheet sets.
The farmhouse pink plaid ended up looking so cute. I thought it might be a little old for them since they are 2 and 4 but they love them.
For the price the quality is amazing. Their down pillows are amazing as well. We use their duvet and cool down insert on our bed and love it.

Floral Initial Poster
As for the girls’ name posters, those are from Zazzle. Another amazing place to get stuff for inexpensively. Their printed stuff is amazing and not expensive. Pretty much all of their items can be customized. The fonts and colors even patterns sometimes. Zazzle’s supply of posters alone is the best much less everything else they offer.
The yarn garland on the foot of the bed I made really quick just to add some more texture. The white canopy came from Amazon and so did the pink fringe blanket at the bottom of it.
The rug in front of the dresser is from H&M. I ended up seeing it on a Facebook ad and had to have it. With shipping it was only $22, I totally scored. They do not have the rug anymore but here are some other items from H7M that would go great in a girls’ room!

AshleyHi Ashley sorry about that the bedding is from Ikea and I bought it 2 years ago. But here’s a link to the same thing on Ebay ๐

In love with this room! Planning to mimic it (pretty much exactly) for my 3 year old daughter. Do you remember where you got the pillows inside the canopy? Also wondering how it is working out – do your girls like to sit in there to read? Is it practical with the blanket acting as a rug, or would recommend something more sturdy? Thanks so much for sharing!
